How to Cut Your Gym Time But Increase Your Results

The old notion that more is better shouldnt apply to the duration or frequency of your workouts. I wasted years over-training, and getting slim to nothing in the way of results from a strength and aesthetics perspective. But it didnt have to be that way.

I just finished a 25-minute workout using giant sets that focused on 3 muscle groups. It was an awesome workout. I was in a bit of a pinch for time, but I wasnt about to waste a workout skipping out on the sets that I wanted to cover.

The REAL Thor Workout

I went and watched the movie Thor last week. It was entertaining, full of action and laughs, and the lead character played by Chris Hemsworth had a pretty incredible transformation gaining over 20 pounds of lean muscle for the role And so it has found its way onto this blog.

After the movie I did some looking around, trying to find something about what he did to gain all of that muscle so fast. And what I found didnt really surprise me: a lot of bullshit.

Hello Diesels.

As I have posted before, I am a huge baseball (and especially New York Yankees) fan. I watch them every chance I get. I stay up to date on the Yankees rumor mill, trades, signingsall of it in-season and out.

However, putting all that drama aside, I also like to study what they do for strength and conditioning, and what other industry leaders are saying about strength and conditioning for baseball.
